Throughout the year, it is important to give back to the local communities we live and work in. For TPS, learning how to support and care for others starts at the top. We believe that doing good and caring about others goes beyond writing a check. It is about the camaraderie, compassion, and commitment to making a difference. Our championship culture encourages our employees to give back to the community and help out where we can. As a corporate citizen it is our responsibility to support local organizations.

One way individuals and companies share the spirit of the season is through donating their time. Food pantries, homeless shelters and many more charitable organizations rely on volunteers to carry out their mission. During the holiday season, non-profit organizations are often inundated with offers of temporary volunteers. However, the need for volunteers stretches beyond the season of yuletide giving. Companies with a philanthropic commitment will encourage their employees to volunteer their time throughout the year.
In our corporate office, we recognize the need for volunteers within charitable organizations. We have a longstanding partnership with Toys for Tots. Throughout the facility we have boxes set out to collect toys for families in need. We also support our employees’ efforts when they go to Toys for Tots to help sort and bag all the toys for up to two hours with pay. We want to make sure that our employees understand how important it is to support a local organization and the service they bring to our community.
