West Coast Capabilities
Thermal Product Solutions (TPS) now has a west coast manufacturing facility based in California. The new manufacturing facility is located in Brea, CA and features sales offices, a 40,000 sf manufacturing shop with state of the art equipment and a high bay 10-ton crane. Local service personnel from the area are factory trained to work on a full range of industrial heating equipment. This allows us to offer more competitive shipping costs for our west coast customers along with a service department in the area, to provide timely service calls.

Environmental Test Chambers/Rooms
Our environmental chambers simulate a range of conditions, including extreme temperature, humidity, altitude and vacuum environments. TPS environmental chambers can also provide thermal shock testing, steady state testing, stability testing and shelf life testing. Standard and custom models are available in benchtop, reach-in or walk-in test chamber configurations.
Industrial Ovens
Thermal Product Solutions manufactures a robust line of industrial ovens. Proudly offering the Baker Furnace, Blue M, Gruenberg and Wisconsin Oven brands of industrial ovens, Thermal Product Solutions offers industrial ovens for manufacturing processes ranging from annealing and drying to laboratory testing.
Pharmaceutical Ovens
The Gruenberg custom pharmaceutical conveyor ovens are used to precisely and consistently dehydrate pharmaceutical oven solutions. Air is HEPA filtered to achieve Class 100 environment. Vertical down air flow with adjustable velocity for fine tuning of the process.
Sterilizers and Dryers
Our industrial sterilizers and depyrogenation ovens ensure pharmaceutical products and medical devices meet the strictest requirements. Extreme uniformity, dry heat sterilization, inert atmosphere, HEPA filtration and short cycle times are just a few of the benefits of TPS sterilizers. We also have the capabilities to produce completely custom ovens and sterilizers to meet your exact processing needs.
